MS guarantees responsibility and provides temporary storage of property in the company’s warehouses, a specific period of transportation and immediate arrangement, and assistance in unpacking and subsequent removal of garbage and packaging material. Our company’s employees are qualified and physically strong residential movers who take care of the safety of all personal belongings, expensive equipment, household appliances, safe, furniture, and the interior decoration, doorways, elevator, stairwell, and exterior doors.
Apartment moving price
We work hourly at $110 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours of labor time
Price includes: truck use, two guys, walk ups, narrow hallways, long walking distance, furniture assembling /disassembling, loading and unloading.
Moving tools and materials
Free materials and tools used during moving and returned back after move: moving blankets, tools, hand-trucks, shrink, dollies.
Additional packing materials can be provided as an additional cost.
Truck moving fee
We charge for travel time in addition to the movers' labor time, but there is no mileage charge on this type of move. Travel time is billed at the same rate $110 per hour. Fuel is an additional charge.
Moving apartment
Moving a 1-bedroom apartment typically takes around 3 hours. The exact time depends on how well it is packed and organized.
Additional time may be required if your move involves long walks from your apartment to the truck, narrow hallways, tight staircases, disassembling and reassembling of furniture, hoisting, moving of oversized, antiques items, ones with glass and/or marble, appliances move and items over 200lb.
It’s important to note that the final cost of your move will depend on the hourly rate and the actual time it takes for your move.
